Joint project

Our concept revolves around creating our identities out of emptiness as a collective unit. Image mirrored in our visuals that signify stylistic adaptability. The most common trait we specifically share, though, is the iconic design we've come to know as "easy-ease." The idea lives within "Virtual Space ."

Brainstorm

Clean and contemporary, we want to offer a visual that's pleasing to look at, yet

is performed ingeniously.

The line does not and will not have an end. Our experiences have culminated into this one simple expression. Motion

Class of 2021 will be recognized through this line, as only we understand what it symbolizes. Only we will know

what we have transformed into these past four years, and those experiences will be embedded within this line.

Process

We aimed to make a Motion reel to present the class of 2021 students' works. It is my honor to work with my classmates and Professor Joon Kim.

My role details:

I was in both the design and animation team.

In the design team, I contributed ideas to the logo design theme. My team won among the two design teams, and the Professor chose the line and virtual space theme. My logo layout design was the final pick, and the Professor used it for the final logo polish.

In the animation team, I did the letter animations O, T, I, and S. It was composed into the intro logo animation. I contributed ideas to the intro logo animation. The Professor took my vision for the outro logo animation, and I made the outro animation.

I am proud to be the Otis Motion Class of 2021.
